1. Product Purpose and Features
LPC-3531/3532 are both low voltage motor comprehensive protection and control devices, providing various start and
stop control functions, protection, and measurement and control functions for low voltage motors (380V). Among them, the LPC3531 device's current acquisition is configured with standard CT (as a secondary
CT, available in 1A and 5A ratings, using terminal wiring); the LPC3532 device's current acquisition is configured with ** CT (can serve as
a primary CT, available in various ratings such as 1A, 5A, 25A, 100A, 150A, 250A, 400A, with cable through-core wiring). For the structure, features, technical data, dimensions, etc., of the LPC-3531/3532
devices and various specifications of CT, please refer to the "LPC-3500 Series Low Voltage Comprehensive Protection and Control Device Overview". This device can be optionally equipped with the LPC-3597 display operation module to achieve related display and operation functions.

Provides various control modes:

2. Direct start A (dual relay control)
3. Reversible start A (dual relay control)
4. Star-delta start mode
5. Protection mode in coordination with circuit breaker
6. Direct start mode in coordination with circuit breaker
Additionally, the device also provides undervoltage restart control function for the motor.
Communication function (optional)
1. Multiple communication methods: RS485, CAN, PROFIBUS, supporting dual networks
2. Multiple communication protocols: IEC103, MODBUS, PROFIBUS-DP
Other Functions
1. 1 channel of 4～20mA DC analog output, replacing transmitter as DCS measurement interface (optional)
2. The device is equipped with a GPS clock synchronization interface to ensure the device's clock is synchronized with the system

3. Event recording, fault waveform recording, etc.

Communication Function
The device supports three types of fieldbus communication. Users can choose from high-speed RS485, CAN, and PROFIBUS fieldbuses according to project needs. The main communication contents include:
1. Measured values (analog, digital)
2. Device status, fault information, etc.
3. Remote control
4. Remote reset
5. Read/write settings
6. Analog measurement values: Enter the "Device Debug" menu, communicate to transmit analog measurement values: measurement sequence number × 100 + device address. Please specify the device's communication function when ordering.
